Roll Down Shutters are used to protect, secure, and cover openings such as doors and windows from the elements.  The upper portion of the roll down shutter holds the operator, reel, and slats and is operated by using one of the following; straps, cranks or motors. The slats are moved and stored in the upper housing by the operator rolling onto the reel. They are guided out of the housing by side tracks.
